Do you make king or queen sized blankets?
Short answer is no. I do not have the type of machine that can handle a very large blanket.
How big are the bears?
The bears are jointed and sit approximately 10-12" tall.
Do you make accessories for the bears?
No. I do not. I am always happy to give you back the unused portion of your loved ones items to find another source for that type of work.
What size tops can I use?
The good "rule" of thumb is if you can lay a ruler across the shirt and not hit the sides or arm pits sideways and if you can fit a ruler from the collar area to the bottom, it should be usable. If it's smaller than that and you still want to use it, we can discuss making part of that shirt into a "patch" to go on another square on the blanket (additional fee for this service).
Generally speaking, sizes adult XS and up and child size medium and up.

Why do you require a deposit?
Short answer is to secure your space. Spaces book quickly at certain times of the year this ensures that you will not be just "placeholding" and then back out when that appointment could have been given to someone else.
Deposits are non-refundable.
What if my items haven't been washed? What if there are stains?
I always assume you give me items that are dirty/stained because they are meaningful to you. I do not wash your items.
What payment methods do you accept?
I require a deposit via Venmo or PayPal. Once your project is complete, I require payment via Venmo or PayPal prior to pick up or cash at the time of pick up.
Why are you being so direct and mean?
I love creating new family heirlooms for you but it takes time and effort and my time is just as valuable as yours. Please do not mistake how nice I usually am with being able to take advantage of me. Sometimes it just takes one person (or a few) to ruin it for everyone.
Where are you located?
I am based out of my Fishers, Indiana home. I meet customers in a public space for all appointments.
Are they washable?
Blankets: yes - I recommend cold water.
Pillows: on gentle cycle they should be fine.
Bears: I do not recommend.
Do you have a payment plan available?
No. Full payment is due upon completion of work.
What type of clothing cannot be used?
In all cases, I cannot use sweaters, sheer fabrics (like women's blouses) or mesh. If you can see daylight through the holes in the top, it's not usable in these projects.
See this page for more info.
Do you cut the shirts or do I cut them before we meet?
I do all of the cutting.
What if my item has holes in it or is super wrinkly?
I do not repair holes before using your items. I will either work around it or won't be able to use it at all in the project.
If your item is very wrinkled, PLEASE IRON IT! Any additional ironing I have to do adds on to the time it takes for me to return the item and the adds to the labor included in creating these projects. If you insist on sending items that are not ironed, there will be an additional charge per ironed item.
What if I have a tote full of items and I'm not sure what to use?
Unfortunately, I can't make those decisions for you. You should only bring me the amount of items you want to be transformed. I repeat....only bring me the items you want to be transformed.
